BD-X10 was installed at the coast of South Africa,  the landowner wanted to develop this place as a tourist resort.

The area of electric power is not stable,  and it will take a much cost to get the main power through this out-of-the-way place, the local landowner decided to use solar street lamps to light this area at night.

Visitor and tourists can also play and have fun in the evening.
